    Files federal, state, and local tax documents through tax software; Recommends clients tax strategies in the tax preparation process on how to minimize tax liability by researching federal, state, and local taxation issues, inform them of any tax changes that affect their business, and ensure compliance with taxing agency requirements; Perform annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, preparing financial statements and supports as necessary utilizing QuickBooks; Assist the managing partner in federal and state audits.
